Club Culture
The greatest compliment in team sports is to be recognized as a great teammate. At TAV, we are committed to making this the foundation of our culture. Moving forward, we will emphasize the importance of being a great teammate while continuing to champion the values of competition, discipline, integrity, and passion.
Our goal is to set high standards and cultivate a collective commitment to the growth of each player, every team, and the club as a whole. This culture will be actively shaped by the leadership of our club directors and coaches, with the full engagement and support of both players and parents.
To bring this vision to life, we will focus on developing strong team leadership, encouraging open communication and feedback, maintaining consistent training, facilitating team bonding experiences, and launching a big/little mentorship program. Through these efforts, TAV will foster a supportive and high-performing environment where athletes thrive both on and off the court.

Club Communication Plan
To improve communication with parents and players, TAV is excited to implement a new mobile app designed to streamline scheduling, tournament updates, and general club information. This user-friendly platform will serve as a central hub for real-time notifications, practice and game calendars, event reminders, and important announcements. By using the app, families will have quick and convenient access to everything they need to stay informed and engaged with the club’s activities. This move reflects our commitment to enhancing organization, reducing miscommunication, and creating a more connected community.
